Made with the nero d’avolla grape varietal, this organic rose wine features a slightly salmon-coloured pink hue, complemented by its delicate and fruity nose, which provides deliciously fragrant notes of white pepper and peach, before finally giving way to a surprisingly zesty finish. This fresh and fruity rose works perfectly as an aperitif, and pairs particularly well with an antipasto platter, fresh salad, or fish grilled on the barbecue.
